Crossing Church St. at the Woodlawn crosswalks is hazardous for pedestrians. It is still state law for motorists to stop for pedestrians in crosswalks yet this rarely happens in this (or any) location. Many communities have plastic signs in the middle of the road at such spots to remind motorists who has the right of way. This is a problem that will get worse.
