Traffic Light at corners of Miller Rd./Sunset Rd. & Rts. 9 & 20

The current traffic light is not sufficient for the traffic. There needs to be left turn lights in both directions. Many times traffic going from east to west or vice versa is very busy and makes it hard to make a left hand turn. Either put in the new signal or maybe build a circle at this location. I've seen many times cars almost getting hit trying to turn into Miller or Sunset depending on which way they were traveling.
